I was; I am, someone with big, powerful energy and that power is a gift to everything I do.

QUESTIONS & SPECIFICS
So when is everything on? How much time do I need over the 8 months?
We will meet via zoom each Wednesday or Thursday (AEST). Plus once a month there will be an extended workshop on a Saturday. In those sessions I will guide you through different tools and practices that are day-changers: things which, when practiced daily, will enliven the way your world looks, feels and most importantly how you respond to it. You might choose to implement these for 10 minutes or an hour a day - whatever works best for you will be best for you.
What if I can't get to the sessions live?
All sessions will be available to watch back so that's absolutely fine if you miss a couple. You'll notice the impact will be different if you're live or on the replay. Trust they will both hold the exact medicine you need when you need it.
I'm nervous about spending money. How much is the project? Can I pay it off?
This. Is. Such. A. Big. One. We have so much stickyness around money. In the first round of the project one Woman who was so worried about money said she completely forgot about it after a week in. If you are being called to something it's worth investing in. I'm sure you've never regretted spending on things which bring you insane amounts of joy. That being said, I understand we all have varied resources so I am tailoring payment plans to suit the individual. We can chat about this on a call together and find something you're comfortable with. As a ball park: be willing to exchange $100-200 each week.
I feel like I've tried everything. How will I know this works?
This is where jumping on a call together before you commit is so important. I want to know what you've tried and why you feel like it hasn't worked. A lot of the time we aren't truly resonant with programs or therapists, we just want to be fixed. There is an element of deep connection needed to transform which this project provides excess of. It is not a one-approach-for-everyone program. It is not a make-you-do-something-you-don't-want-to-do program.
